"I had purchased a house about two years ago. The house is located in Bogota, Northern New Jersey and it was in good condition. However, gutters were a disaster. Leaks, broken angles, the whole lot. I had contacted at least 3 contractors about replacing the gutters, downspouts and putting gutter guards. Out of all of them, A1 Gutters LLC was the most professional, the most responsive and the most competitive in price. Once I contacted them through Home Advisor, they were able to squeeze me the next day. Danny, the owner was very eager to walk me through any questions or concerns that I had. At 7:30 am, they rang the bell, as per our agreement and were on their way to do their magic. Van, generator, tools, sealant, and everything needed for the job was provided by them. Hassle free and worry free. There were two employees at my site. They were so fast that within 2 hours they were able to take out the old gutters, install the new ones and put the gutter guards. I inspected the work afterwards and everything was just flawless. I really never write reviews, this is my first one. But, I was so happy with the price and the professional work this company did that I had to write it, in hopes that it might help first time home buyers, like myself choose a great company."

From initial phone/email contact appointment was made and kept in a timely matter. Work was completed per contract. Owner very personable. Did not require payment until work was completed. "I engaged Landis Painting to paint the exterior of my house/garage --and to clean/solid stain my large double deck--because of the excellent exterior paint job they did for me before (which lasted 12 years!). His experienced staff was the exact same crew that painted my house years before—not short time employees. Steve is very meticulous about the paint products he uses and how they are applied, consulting with the manufacturers when needed.      I highly recommend Diversified Painting Contractors.  A fair and reasonable estimate was given for the exterior painting and deck staining.  I was also told in advance of the days and times they would be coming, and they reliably followed through for the next 3 1/2 days.  They did an extremely thorough job of power washing, scraping, and sanding.  A special weather-resistant paint was applied to the underside of the roof, which readily chips due to bad weather.  The front support columns were well reinforced.  John Russell is quite knowledgeable about home painting and related repair work.  I am extremely pleased with their very neat and clean work, ultimate professionalism, and courtesy.
