"Overall it was terrable. He (Jacob) came out on 3‐14 to check our frig. He said he'd order the part and be back when it came in. Usually the next day. I càlled on 3-18 to check on part. She said that he forgot to order the part and that she would. Since it was ordered on Fridaÿ it wouldn't be in untill Monday or Tuesday. When it finally came in they schulded fot that Saturday. He installed the part but still no water dispenced. He took out filter and inserted a new one still no water. He said he wasn't sure what was wrong but unplug it to see if it was frozen inside of the the door. Otherwise they would have to send out some one else and there would be another service call fee. He then left. As soon as he left the water started leaking out all over the kitchen floor. It now makes a god awful noise from who knows what!! Never made the noise before! After 3 days of calling I shut the water off and am still waiting for them to call as they said they would. So the story continues! And I am still waiting!"

This remodel involved blowing out walls,, creating an arch entrance, and moving the kitchen foot print as well as painting, flooring, electrical etc. Kevin our GC was very detailed and communicated well with us throughout the entire process! When a few hiccups happened along the way Kevin was quick to fix and resolve the issue. All the work was done at a very professional level. Go ahead and call South Shore! You won’t be disappointed!"

"I made an appointment for a one-piece Kohler toilet removal and installation of a new Kohler Tresham toilet estimate initially, after getting an estimate from Angi for same quote for $194.00. "Eddie" came out and was very professional and highly skilled (had installed this toilet model many times) and shocked me with the price quote of $400! I negotiated and got an offer for $350 and proceeded with the install. It took this professional one hour to remove and install new toilet. He hauled away the old toilet as well. I would love to have "Eddie" as my plumber for everything but will not be doing business with this company in the future because of the exorbitant and unfair charges. It was explained to me that this was a specialty toilet but one piece toilets traditionally are less expensive labor wise to install."

"When we decided to do a complete teardown and redo of our kitchen, we knew we needed a full-service company that would manage the process, start to finish. We definitely got that with S&W Kitchens. Our designer, Laura Scott, listened to us and completely understood our vision. She used her design know-how and considerable talent to pull together a kitchen that is not only beautiful, but incredibly efficient as well. There is nothing better than function meeting form and she definitely achieved that for us. She was attentive to our project throughout the process, checking to make sure all was going well. She went with me to the slab yard and patiently viewed all the countertop options to narrow down the selection. I really appreciated her helpful suggestions and support during the selection process. Picking out the color palette and the various materials for the kitchen was a breeze with her guidance. Looking at the result, we would not change a thing. We were impressed with the S&W planning process where no detail was overlooked. A great deal of attention was given to planning, which we believe is a large part of the success of the project. S&W provided us with full documentation, including all of our decisions, plans and diagrams for the crew, and the sequence of events that would take place over the course of the project. The project stayed on track with only minor delays, resulting in a fully functioning kitchen by the promised end date. Our project manager, Dale Thomas, is highly skilled at managing a project. Not only did he keep the project moving, he used exemplary problem solving skills to resolve issues that came up along the way. He elicited excellence from his crew, trade contractors and vendors. Observing him in action, we came to trust that we were in good hands with Dale and crew. Friends had warned us that a kitchen redo of this magnitude would be a horrible experience. But S&W made it as painless as possible. Before tearing down the kitchen, they moved our refrigerator to the dining room so that we could set up a temporary kitchen to use during construction. They were thoughtful of our comfort throughout the process, keeping disruption to a minimum. The crew was friendly and considerate. They cleaned up at each step of the process and hauled away multiple trailers full of debris. They hooked up our washer and dryer early on to allow us to do laundry at home as soon as possible. Long story short, the experience was far less disruptive than we expected. In a word, S&W stands for excellence. We are glad we went with them and would definitely use S&W again in the future."
