"It was just kind of an average experience. I have used them before because I have a tree in my backyard that is the suspect to a disease, fire blight. They came out and treated it and of course I cannot get rid of fire blight so I just called them back. And I discovered them on Angie's List so at least I got the discount for that. I have not used anybody else that I can use for comparison but they did the job but I still cannot get rid of the fire blights. What they did was about a three-hour job. They were supposed to come in the morning but they did not show up until like 2:00 in the afternoon."

"Troy and company did a great job. They came to all appointments on time, were friendly and professional. Troy was able to recommend a drainage system that took care of the leaking in the basement. I called Troy after a large storm in January resulted in about 6 inches of water throughout my basement. I got a quote from another drainage and waterproofing company that came to almost $30,000. Troy assessed the situation and agreed that in order to be 99% sure that no water would ever enter the basement again, I needed the full waterproofing of the foundation and an extensive drainage system. However, to be 90% sure, I could spend $5000 to direct most of the water away from the house. I went with the 90% certainty. After work was completed, we had a few good rains and no water whatsoever came into the basement. In the spring I hired Suncrest again for another $5000 to put in redwood raised beds, gravel pathways and to close in the area below the back porch, also in redwood. The area is really beautiful now. <br />"

We had the neighbor's permission to thin, cut back, etc.. on his tree, but not only can that go wrong, but I learned that it can be done in a way that will encourage even -more- growth on our side in both the branches and the roots. That was the cheaper way we had been quoted, but we're convinced this is the -right- way. Jeff took the chance of not getting the bid by having a higher price than the other guys, because he knew in the long run this would serve us better. It won't sacrifice their tree, and will save our property from the ever-encroaching tree. "Golden State Tree Care Inc is doing a fabulous job. They have certified arborists and it's going to cost about $625. I like the fact that, as part of their service, they have 2 or 3 certified arborists. They know what they are doing because the person that comes out as the arborist, comes out and looks at your tree and is also the person who comes back and does the trimming with, an assistant. He doesn't just hand off the worksheet and tell somebody else what to do. They teach you about what you're getting, they tell about the tree, teach you about your tree and why they are trimming it the way that they are trimming it."

So they could eradicate mice or rats from my attic. <br /> That's very good. <br /> However, I found mice droppings in my car and I had to take my car to a service station last fall.
