"In the middle of a rain storm our house started leaking. Shortly after calling Dean he sent out a 6 man crew and tarped our roof for us -- free of charge!! (we provided the tarps) He also personally came back out a week later and fixed a part of the tarp that was flapping in the wind. These guys cared and went out of their way to help us out and didn't even charge us for it, you rarely see that anymore -that is the kind of company to give business to. They have been easy to work with, taken the time to answer all of my questions with detailed, knowledgable responses, and when it came time to do the roof, their prices were very competitive. I would definitely recommend Dean and his crew!"

"I had a minor leak in my roof and wanted to get a professional opinion before tackling it on my own. I found Avi on Angie's List and gave him a call. We set an appointment for the following week. He arrived on schedule, communicated clearly and was very professional. He described what he would do for a "more expensive" and permanent fix, but said I could get by with a simple DIY approach which should last until I need to re-roof. I chose to do it on my own, but appreciated that he didn't give me the hard sell to do more than was needed. I will definitely call him for any future roofing needs."

"I contacted Brazil for estimate on a roof replacement from shake to tile. I provided enough specifics (included structural report) regarding what I wanted that they were able to come to the site, measure and then provide back an estimate with enough detail that I was able to compare the bid to competing offers. The bid was detailed and the price quote fair for the type and size of job. They were willing to sit down to go over the details, but since I was already very familiar with what the job would entail, this was not required. I went with another vendor who was able to provide a custom roof tile at a slightly lower overall bid, but again given the size of the job, differences in materials or type of instal methods used etc. most bids can't be compared as apples to apples. That said, all in all they were professional and courteous and the bid was fair. Size of job 50K+

DL Design Construction, with the advice and guidance of the owner Dmitriy and also his crew, were very helpful and also just did a superb job of turning our older home into a home that we are now very proud of and it looks like a new home instead. Their estimate was right on to what it ended up and although we had to have extras once the walls were uncovered, which we expected, it was still well worth what it cost.They were very courteous and professional at all times.
