They removed about a dozen marked trees, cleared brush, removed pine litter, ground stumps, and pruned branches overhanging the 3-story roof. The only reasons they did not earn 5-stars are that one marked tree was overlooked (the ribbon was obscured by foliage) and one raked pile was forgotten in the rear of the property. Otherwise, it was very easy to work with Amanda at the office and they were able to get to the job a day earlier than originally projected. Scott's reporting was also excellent."

"Amazing! Very professional crew. I would not hesitate to have them come out again. As a matter of fact, Lauren did come out here this past week to evaluate the needed work of removing part of a dead tree on the outside of my property that had broken off and fell on my gate, smashing it in two pieces. My valued champion/ obedience titled dog had escaped the night before and I was in the throes of also dealing with finding him. Not only did Lauren remove the tree part so I could hire a fence company to repair the fence, but he went back to his office and with the help of Nicole, the office manager, located the Facebook page for lost and found pets which put me in contact with the family who had taken my dog in for the night. What an amazing and ethical group the people are at ACORN Arboricultural Services!!! Love them and can't say enough about them! Deeply appreciate this company."

"They safely removed a 60'ft oak tree that was diseased missing bark in large areas and efforts to revive it after the Camp Fire 5+ years ago didn't work. All Green Tree service downed by sectioning and cleaning branches with that chipper/grinder. "The person who came to give us an estimate gave us a fair price however told us that they wouldn't be able to remove the stump without damaging the fence. We explained the fence will be getting replaced in the near future to which he responded that when that time came to call them and they will come back out to finish the job. When we called to schedule this, it took 3 weeks to get an answer back from the company. When someone finally called us back, they told us that they would charge us $100-150. This is not what was discussed initially and the tone of the person calling us was rather abrupt and off put that we insisted it was. He stated it "wasn't in our contract", when both my husband and I know that it was agreed they would come back out to finish the job. The tree work that was actually completed was fine by the team that came out that first day, (trimming and tree removal(not stump) and the price was reasonable. But the customer service is awful. I cannot recommend them based on their inability to uphold an agreement and response time to get back to us on it."

"They did the job, the trees are gone, and the stumps as well. There were problems that arose during the job, which were my fault. About an hour after the Brambila crew had begun the work, another companyâ s crew showed up. Through mis-communication, I had double booked the job. I acknowledged my error to both contractors, and tried to be fair with them. We agreed to let Mr Brambila complete the job, and he was paid as agreed. I also compensated the second company by paying them full price to do some other work later in the day, My only disappointment in Mr Brambilaâ s work was as follows: We have decorative rock all around the trees that were to be removed. Mr Brambila was asked, and agreed, to rake back the rock before doing the stump removal. I had to leave before the work was done. When I came home everyone was gone. I found that the crew had failed to pull back the rock before grinding. As a result, I now have a mess of rock strewn around the yard, mixed with wood chips, and with the different types of rock mixed together. It will require weeks of Manuel labor for me to separate the rock and the wood chips, and put everything back in its place. I accepted responsibility for the double booking, and everyone was paid. But it will require weeks of work for me to clean up this mess, and we have extremely hot weather ahead. Had it not been for this, Mr Brambila would have received 5 Stars for the job. I understand his anger over my mistake. But that does not justify the mess they left behind."
