Justin called yesterday to tell me that he made a mistake with the proposal. When he called to get the price on the sod he realized he quoted me half of what we needed? I am very disappointed! We moved on to another contractor."

"Patrick fro Excellence Landscaping did a Terrible job installing driveway pavers. I had a price quote from a paver company. Patrick was doing some landscaping and relocating trees ( which he did incorrectly. He placed them wrong so they are growing into the house, he did not stake them and one is growing on an angle.) I asked him to grade the area the paver contractor was going to install the pavers. He said he could do the job for the same price the paver contractor quoted me. He did a TERRIBLE job. It looks like a 5 year old cut the pavers. There are big spaces between pavers. Pavers are cracked and chipped.There are low spots where water puddles. Patrick did not use the polymeric sand, he used regular white sand which does not harden and stop the pavers from shifting. I now have weeds growing up through all the spaces between the pavers. I contacted him and told him these pavers needed to be fixed, he refused to fix them. He blamed me for wanting to cut corners to save money, saying that is why he didn't use the correct sand. He is a liar, he had said he would do the complete job for the same price as the paver contractor. Which included using the correct sand. The excuse of me being frugal has nothing to do with the 1/4 in spaces I have between some of my pavers. He is crook. I now have to pay to have all the trees moved that he relocated incorrectly. Stay Away from this guy! Will have to take him to Court to get it repaired."
