"Seriously, where do I begin. I am not one to hand out praise lightly, primarily because there's hardly any businesses out there that have real integrity and a solid work ethic. My 82 year old mother was just diagnosed with a severe allergy to dust mites. We decided to have the carpets cleaned as one of the many things were doing to help her out. First of all the two gentlemen arrived on time and were very friendly, yet professional. The larger furniture in my elderly parents bedroom hadn't been moved or cleaned behind in years. I asked him if it was possible to pull out the bed and the two dressers? I know that's going above and beyond for most places and it's usually extra. They simply asked me if would remove all the personal items and they'd be happy to help. But it's so much more than that. They were meticulous and spent three hours doing our carpets, rugs, and stairs. We have hired a lot of people over the years, but we have never had service like this and our carpet has never ever looked this good. We continued to talk about them all throughout the day and even at our dinner table. Not only was their quality of work and attention to detail amazing, but their price blew away the competition. I only wish I could have found more words to express to them how impressed I was and how grateful. Oh and did I mention they came on Christmas Eve day?! Such great guys. If you value your carpets and your money I implore you to not go anywhere else. PS - our stairs have never looked as good today as they did when other people supposedly cleaned them. "The workers clearly did not want to be here. When asked how the drive from Lexington was, one replied, "Long." Other attempts at small talk was met with monosyllabic responses. They asked about a place to set out their equipment and I guided them to the dining room which they said was fine. I was curious about exactly how they were going to get their brushes through all the duct work, but they didn't seem to be able to explain. turns out they had to drag the large piece of equipment upstairs, to the basement and around the main floor. I stayed out of their way. They took a couple of before and after pictures to show what had changed. Turns outs, my ducts were not that dirty to begin with.. i had chosen this company because it was the only one that said they cleaned up any mold or mildew I spoke with a representative and specifically asked if they serviced the Louisville area, as their address is in Lexington. The representative said they would do "select" homes. He asked me several questions about my house - number of floors, type of furnace, square footage and gave me an estimate over the phone. In hindsight, I should have looked harder to find someone in Louisville, so that I would not inconvenience the workers. After they left, we went around and looked at all the registers. A couple had not been screwed back in place, but just pushed in, the screws nearby."
