The carpet cleaning process left residue down in the short shag carpet and on the sun room carpet. The owner has been made aware of these concerns."

"Dan Boston, the owner, did our work and was very thorough and professional. He took pains not to damage our home as he pulled a long vacuum hose through the house. He even sealed an air leak around our dryer hose so dryer lint wouldn't get into the house and didn't charge us for it. We had our whole two-story house done, including the trunk lines coming off the air handler. He sanitized the entire system with a botanical fogger that kills fungus, viruses, and mold and installed a new outdoor dryer vent with a cage on it to keep mice out.
