Donald came by one day and did a thorough assessment of the deck condition and a recommendation on what would be needed to repair the railing. He provided a written quote a few days later and I agreed. Donald did an excellent job with repairing the deck by replacing 5 wood posts as well as replacing the pickets on the gate. The stain I originally chose turned out to be way too thick and he covered the cost of stain he wanted to use which would allow him to use his sprayer where possible. The deck looks great but besides the workmanship, I liked that he showed up on time every day until the job was completed. Based on his work on my deck, I have engaged him for a complete master bathroom renovation that will begin this month.
