"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "I highly recommend Nu-Way Systems carpet cleaning. Not only did Rick ANSWER the phone, (which should be a normal business procedure, but seems to be an above average practice), he scheduled us one business day later because he knew I had an issue with dog hair and an allergic visitor. They arrived on time, took great care with our home and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. The sectional they cleaned turned back to its original color, having greyed due to dust an unprofessional cleaning a year ago. They managed to remove a spill of laundry detergent in the laundry room, too (yes, we are idiots with carpet in the laundry room). We are very happy and will use Nu-Way Systems again. (Soon probably; we have a dog)."

"I talked with Lisa (co-owner) in early Sept. and she looked over the damaged area and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost. I was expecting a much larger bill and was very pleasantly surprised. It would be a 2-day job. I told Lisa my work schedule and she accommodated me much to my satisfaction. Both Bob (cleaner) ) and Lisa arrived on Sept, 16th @ 8:45AM and she told him what was needed to be done. He pulled back the carpet and they both evaluate how much needed to be done. I was in the room at all times. Bob then proceeded to pull back the carpet and remove the damaged padding, nails and tack strips. He washed the barren floor then applied a polyurethane coating over the damaged areas. We had to keep the cats away from the paint, eventho it's not harmful to animals to smell he wasn't sure if they would get sick if they walked on it, then clean themselves. The next day Bob replaced the tack strips with new ones, nails and padding (an extra $30). He placed a "flusher" on the severely stained areas to throughly clean those areas then proceeded to clean 2 rooms and a hallway. <br /> I am very happy with the results, pricing, and the professionalism that was shown. They came when they said they would and charged me what they said. I would definitely highly recommend Kelce and Company to everyone. <br />"

"Will, the technician, arrived right on time. He was very courteous and asked me to show him all of the spaces being cleaned. He took measurements and pointed out the spots he would work hard to clean. Our carpet is very old with pet stains. He got right to work and completed the work in the amount of time they said. My carpet looks new. I couldn't be happier, especially with the respectful service. I always ask for no fragrance. The carpet dried by the evening and feels soft. The price was very fair for the work and quality. We have used Advantage Qwik Dry for over 5 years now and would highly recommend them. Each service technician that has come to our house has taken great ownership and pride in their work. We will be using them again!"
