"Had a 8-10 week backlog due to pandemic, but finally got the work scheduled. Showed up on time. Reviewed scope of work and got to work straight away. I added several windows on back & side of house to be painted & caulked. Add-on work was rather expensive relative to initial proposal, but the windows are on upper floor. Work was good overall. On close inspection, some prep work could have been done better. One extra request to apply mullion tape to the seams of several double windows was only completed on one window, and the old tape was not completely removed, leaving the mullion seam looking poor. Skipping the other windows may have been the result of miscommunication on my part. Other work was done well. Clean-up was good."

Although the job took longer than expected, the workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and it was well worth the wait. The cost was also highly competitive. "It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"On-time and on point. Power washed the cornice of the house which is 22 ft high. The team used a ladder and performed an excellent service. I would recommend PG Tedesco Construction. Reliable and dependable. Update: 07/23/2021 I was the bar manager at the Broad Table Tavern in Swarthmore, PA. The restaurant is located inside the Swarthmore Inn. PG Tedesco construction did lots of painting work in the restaurant prior to the opening of the restaurant and the hotel. I would always hear our guest compliments the paint job quality inside the restaurant. It is open to the public in the case that you want to see what they did."

"Good as Gold brought my two level deck back to life. They used the highest quality materials and supplies. The deck boards are median cocoa color, spindles and railings white. I love the contrast.
