"To provide pest control at my new home, I chose Toby's off of Angie's List and because the business is locally owned. A human answered my telephone call, gave me price quotes on a variety of services offered by the company, and scheduled my initial treatment. The pest control truck that arrived right on time was labeled boldly so I had no question who was in my drive. The driver was a professional, courteous man who introduced himself and asked me what my specific pest problems were. I described an early spring problem with wasps, ants in the kitchen, spiders in the house, and various other insects randomly showing up about the house. He described his plan of treatments and assured me he would be using child and pet safe products. He proceeded to spray the interior of the house first, greeting all my children pleasantly and working quickly. He treated our attics and our garage. He then sprayed around the exterior of the house including our extensive patio space. He also treated the crawl space asking me to turn our AC off for one hour to avoid drawing the pesticide fumes into the duct work. After completely his work, he brought me a detailed receipt and explained the company policy of not requiring a contract. He recommended re-treatment within 60 days for $60.
