Nevertheless ,Brad and I concurred that replacing the pump now was the wiser choice. He offered to go to his supplier to secure a new pump and return to install it the same day which saved me some money and eliminated redundant work.He returned with a top of the line Liberty and completed the installation the same day which I appreciated. "BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"Initially I was very satisfied with the work and services provided by Dwight and Stacy in remodeling our master bathroom. They were very helpful in designing the bathroom and selecting the tile for the floors and walls. I was also satisfied with the installation of the tile. Unfortunately, I had significant issues with the very last part of the project which was installing two vanity mirrors. Stacy selected the pivoting mirror mounts and Dwight installed them. I immediately informed both that the installed mirror mounts were not acceptable for a number of reasons. Dwight and Stacy agreed and stated they would work on a solution to the issue. I paid them in full at this point figuring this last part of the project would go well. Much to my surprise, it did not go well. After a couple of weeks without hearing anything, we tried to contact Stacy. She had always been very prompt in returning our calls or text messages. After a week with no response, I had to send an email, which she did respond to but she did not offer any solutions but stated that she was still working on it. Another 8 weeks passed with no significant options presented when I finally just gave up and asked for a refund of the amount that I paid for the original mirror mounts. I didn't ask for a refund of the glass or installation labor, just the cost of the mounts. I estimate this to be about $300 of a $16000.00 project. Stacy refused to refund any amount and quit answering our calls, emails, and text messages. They failed to resolve our issue and failed to stand behind their work. This is totally unacceptable and I would not recommend them for any job, big or small."

"2 new systems, 1 ERV, 2 Dehumidifiers, New Duct work, and Insulation replacement, scheduled to begin July 5, signed on June 14. They didn't complete work until the end of October and it took a demand letter from us to get it done. Were told we'd be their "case study" for ERV installation after this because they "didn't do a lot of them" when we were assured at the point of sale that they could do this. Still above-average humidity in the house, still have high utility costs. We finally fired them after a second chance in February of the following year when we were told they had parts for a job and would be out between 8-12 and, when calling them at 9:45 learned their tech was going to "get the parts" for his first stop (us). We didn't get a notification they were on the way until 11:15 and they were an hour and 45 minutes out. We're still using them for warranty work and now the system, not even 2 years old, has died. It's hot, and they'll be here in 3 days to look at it."
