His work ethics were extremely professional and he had the best work integrity. I never felt the need to have to overlook any of his projects because he always got them done in a timely manner and the quality of his work was always over and above our expectations . He performed tasks such as electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, as well as mainly other maintenance requests. He had an amazing demeanor was and always very courteous.
