They spent time with us discussing our paint color and had reference material to help us visualize what it would look like on our home. They offered flexibility and fairness when we changed our garage door color last minute, only charging for the paint, which I can easily use on other exterior projects. One of the most impactful aspects of working with them was their open communication. If the weather changed the schedule or anything came up, they would communicate that instead of going silent. If we had a question, they were understanding and responded promptly. The paint job itself is fantastic; the coating is even and thorough. The team took care of cleaning up afterward and made sure not to harm our garden. We didn't realize how much the fresh exterior paint would make our new roof and gutters 'pop' until we saw the final product! Plus, we can rest easier knowing that our siding is protected before Autumn arrives, preventing wood rot from the rain. Overall, we hope to work with them again. We already want to repaint the interior of our home sometime next year!"

"Working with Muhamed at Pinehurst Painting Co. was a great experience from beginning to end. He was an excellent communicator throughout the entire project, always keeping us informed on the schedule, progress, and any questions that came up. Everything was extremely organized, which made a large exterior project on our Woodway home feel surprisingly stress free. Our house has a combination of stucco and wood siding, and it was clear they understood the different preparation and application each surface required. The attention to detail was outstanding, especially around the transitions between materials and the overall consistency of the finish. "Attention to detail and prep work seemed pretty poor. The initial painting went seemingly to plan, but after they were done I noted: 1. Large bubbles all over the house 2. They didn't mask my back railing, which became covered in paint splatters 3. Didn't caulk around windows 4. Really rough job doing the trim (splotchy lines) 5. Didn't wash behind the rain barrels, then proceeded to paint over dirt. 6. Not much scraping of existing chipping paint 7. I expected the cracks in the existing siding to be less noticeable after caulking/prep work 8. Didn't mask the roof, there is now a white patch on the shingles from painting the gutters 9. Didn't move the trash can/rain barrels prior to painting, so is now pretty paint splattered. I asked if they needed to be moved too, but was told no. 10. Trampled some plants. I asked if they would be OK (I would have transplanted them!), but they are now pretty dead. This is pretty minor, but still annoying. I called them back (twice!) and they more or less fixed 1-6, but I guess I just expected a better experience."

"I had previously had Hedlund Painting replace and paint drywall on my ceiling that was damaged by a leak. They did a great job, but I found that when a particular light was on in the evening one of the seams was visible. Without a question or a charge they reworked the seam so that it can no longer be seen. Outstanding customer service!"

Work was scheduled for power washing 2 days < painting and damage to awnings was repaired capably by Kejdo and his crew. Painting to only 2 days and clean-up was great.
