"I was getting many weeds and it looked like the technicians were not covering the whole lawn. On September 3rd, Joseph Lynch came to my house and told me he was there to apply treatment. He left within 10 - 15 minutes, did not even enter my back yard, and obviously had prepared his "report" before coming to my house because he indicated on the report that I was not home even though we spoke on my porch. I immediately contacted Experigreen to cancel automatic payment and tell them what happened. I also told them not to bill my account since the work was not done and then spoke to Lilly and terminated their services. They billed me anyways on the same day and I received a reminder email about this outstanding bill. I called and was told they would not void the bill and that my only option is to have them come back out. When I refused because I don't trust them, I was told that I can explain that to the collection agency! No way! Never had such horrible customer service!"

"Donâ t waste your time and money on Greener Living. I had been a fairly happy Greener Living customer for just over two years. Early on there were issues - they were annoying but manageable. Over time, the frequency and intensity of the issues became unbearable. The Greener Living technicians and management failed to provide the â professionalâ part of a â paid professional service.â I began documenting and itemizing the issues. Here is what I saw: 1) Technicians failing to read gate codes from my account "notes" resulting in skipped/delayed services 2) Technicians not adequately using enough product on service 3) Technicians damaging sprinkler heads - two years in a row - with the aerator, despite me having flagged them with bright yellow flags 4) Too many pushy "sales" phone calls 5) Technicians using the wrong products and staining my property For all of these issues, I had to reach out and insist that some resolution be provided - it was not the default response. I eventually started communicating directly with Brian Mason (Owner & General Manager per his email signature). I gave them a couple opportunities to make it right and they failed. I eventually asked for a refund. Brian sent an email saying the refund would be processed and sent his apologies. The trouble is, at the time of writing this, it has been 19 days since â processingâ that refund and despite attempting to contact them twice since then there has been no refund. Stay away from Greener Living - they donâ t care about you, your property, or your business. They just want your money."

Then I would pre-pay for 3 -4 services and they either would not come or would do a "fast" spray. The last service for this year I got an email they were coming and then nothing. I know because I have cameras around the house. When I complained they told me they would send some to do the spray (this was a week ago) you know the bugs are really bad in a freeze? Done, will not use anymore and will not recommend."

"DO NOT USE DAVEY TREE SERVICE - After working with Davey for several years, they have done a great disservice to me and my trees. It appears to me that Davey is more concerned with habitual service of trees than significant guidance. Two years ago they trimmed two of my trees at significant expense. Both trees were dead the next summer and had to be removed. Last year they deep root fed one tree, it was dead this spring. It was OBVIOUSLY dying last year but they went ahead with the deep feed anyway. It seems like a money grab. When I requested an arborist visit, he got defensive, put the entire blame on my for agreeing to it (despite expecting their guidance). When I told him he should leave, he called me a "f---ing a--hole." Not really what I expect from customer service. I would recommend ANYONE but Davey whose name should really be "Care of Money" not their old pseudonym "Care of Trees"."
