"Great. I've dealt with a couple of other companies and watched them quickly spread some killer here or there, but not complete coverage. Had to call others back again and again. Watched the Safari application (2 times) ... and both times it was done with great detail and complete coverage. They use a green dye to know what has been covered and what not. Called ahead to say they were coming the next day. Talked through what they were going to do for that application when they got here ... and very pleased. Price was competitive. I've learned that when it comes to this kind of service, you get what you pay for. You go cheap-cheap and you'll still have weeds."

All areas of a large yard (Approximately one acre incuding the house) remained weed free. Alex has integrity that I believe is an increasingly rare thing. What is more, Alex always has a smile and an uplifting belief and attitude."

They have a prepay program which I will do next year since I switched to them in mid to end of the season. They have come back out to reinspect my grass for a mole problem and they even emailed me a helpful little guide on how to get rid of them. They are very professional and courteous and so far after one treatment my yard looks a lot more healthy and green, even after just one application. "When I call to ask questions, they are very responsive. Either the owner or one of the guys tries to answer my questions over the phone and if they don't know what I'm talking about, they will come and look at it. They are very customer oriented. I feel that even though they are part of a national organization, they seem to behave like local people. When I call, it is very obvious that these people own the business. If you own the business, you have a different attitude than if you are an employee. Because they own it, they are very responsive to their customers."

"They do everything from lawn, tree and shrub care to applying lawn chemicals and killing insects and hat kind of things. We had spent in a year about 7 or 800. They also work on irrigation systems which we have on our property. They came out to tune up the system to get it to distribute the water properly. This is the type of problem you start dealing with this stuff. In one place in front of our home, the system was spitting out too much water and keeping the ground too stuff. The mowing service you couldn't mow the grass, so we had to get that cleared up before the season started. They are competitive. They are a first class company. You never have to call them back, because they call you after everything they do. Any criticism you have they send somebody out to fix them. I don't know any other company that works on that basis. What place you know where they actually follow up by calling you to see if you're happy with what they did. That is a unique service. I'm using them now and will continue."
