He didn't call that day either. A week later, I requested a quote through Roof Maxx website and unfortunately his firm was selected to quote. He called me, left a VM, never acknowledged he stood me up July 14th, but wanted to talk. I called back the following day, he was busy and said he'd call me within an hour. Didn't call back until 6 hours later, left a VM, still not acknowledging he screwed up, again, by not keeping his word and calling within an hour, but left a message to call him back. A professional keeps appointments and keeps his word. I'd still like a quote but am not going to go through this VM tag business with him again. I set aside a time July 14th for him and he not only blew it, but didn't have the professionalism to own his part."
