"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"Great customer service and quick response (next day) to repair a small roof shingle issue. Only critique is I had to negotiate from the over the phone estimate down to the actual work performed, which was less. But their customer service quickly reduced the estimate and matched the work performed. Finally it was a quick and easy payment system online using debit or credit card. On a side note they informed me that my kind of roofing shingles have been recalled and I may be able to have a prorated roof replacement. Their customer service provided me with the details to make contact."

"I’ve never written a review before, however I felt compelled to do so since I had such an extremely positive experience with my roofer, Shane Farr, with Farr Roofing. Not only did he recognize that I had weather damage and could file on my insurance, he also identified a serious hazard to my health from a recently blocked off vent which caused gas fumes to leak into the house. Once he identified the hazardous issue, he did not leave my house until it was rectified. (None of the four other roofing companies quoting my roof mentioned either issue.) Shane not only quoted me the best price and worked with the insurance company on my claim, he did an excellent roofing job and did so on schedule as planned. He truly was a pleasure to work with and I most highly recommend he and his company for your roofing needs. "

He correctly identified a design deficiency in my original roofing and successfully corrected it by installing a "valley" where none existed. He will not submit a bill until he is satisfied that the leak is corrected. I am satisfied that it is, but Brian makes both me and my insurance company happy!

"After this recent storm I had 3 leaks coming through my ceiling due to roofing issues. I contacted Classic Roofing that morning and by lunch Brad and Matt were at my residence to check to see what the issues were. After inspecting the roof and flashing it was determined that due to the age of the roof and a couple of flashing issues my best option was to replace the roofing & flashing and install ridge vents. The roof was over 20 years old, so I knew no need to try and patch it. My materials were delivered the next day and early the following morning the work crew was out. The entire project was completed within a few hours. Once the guys cleaned up the old roofing and their equipment you could not tell anything had taken place except for my BEAUTIFUL new roof!!! I also finally have ventilation on my roof which was so desperately needed. Now days it is so hard to find someone to show up when they say and follow through on the commitments they make, but this company did both. Classic Roofing is nothing short of SUPERIOR in their customer service & workmanship. As you have read I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service."
