"I had a badly neglected yard and flower beds. Needed the flower beds cleaned up and rejuvenated. Weeds removed. Bushes cut down and trimmed. Mr. Jerry couldn't come out on the original date we agreed to but kept in constant contact and finally came out, gave me a quote and we agreed to a price. Mr. Jerry and his worker went above and beyond what he agreed to do. He cleaned up the side of my house, cleaned off my back deck and cut over growth from my fence so it could be seen. This was very important since we're getting ready to list our house for sale. We are very happy with the completed project. Highly recommend. Be patient as they are a small company. It will be worth the wait."

"Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have"

"Perfect Touch Landscaping was a wonderful find from Angi's list. I had chosen three 5 star firms for quotes and two responded. Perfect Touch was selected base on Bob Davlin's Knowledge and personal touch in the process. The work was estimated and agreed upon on 9/14/2021 and completion proposed after 10/3/2021. On 9/16/2021 (I was on the golf course at the time) Bob's team showed up at our house about 9:30 and the job was completed by 4:30 the same day! We are very pleased with all aspects of the completed project although I still have some work to do (I failed to include reseeding of the area in the Estimate, assuming that was included) but that will get done by family. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how Perfect Touch (Bob Davlin) fulfilled our expectations (and Exceeded them) with their service. I will most likely engage them again in the spring when spring planting is needed in the front of the house. Another important part of the decision to use The Perfect Touch Landscaping Company was the estimates (and Final Cost) of the full project. It was approximately 30% less than the other estimate and was also the final price! Thanks to Bob and The Perfect Touch for a wonderful experience. "We hired K-Guard to replace our gutters with their leaf free gutter system in the fall of 2016. The sales rep came out and looked at our house and did not express any concerns. Our roof is shaped like an "H" so has several internal angles. During light rains, the gutters perform as advertised. During moderate or heavy rains, we get waterfalls at all of the internal angles. I emailed our sales rep about this and he came out and slapped some ugly mesh in the corners that didn't help the issue much. During the next follow up we were told "Sorry, that's just the design of your roof. There's nothing we can do about it." We have just learned to live with it. Fast forward to 2020, the gutters are showing signs of a clog. I can shine a light into them and see the dirt and debris build up under the shield. We called K-Guard to take advantage of their "Lifetime Clog Free Guarantee" only to be told they won't even come out to look at the issue unless we pre-approve a $150 charge if they "determine the issue isn't due to a clog." We spent nearly $15,000 on gutters and this is the kind of value we have received. Avoid this company at all costs."

They sprayed the yard where for medical reasons my father was forced to sell a few months earlier and would not waive a $40 bill for a customer of 17 years who is in no shape to handle these type of things to a property which is now occupied by new owners. I get the account needed to be cancelled but with this situation and how long he was a customer it says a lot about the company not to waive the bill and none of it is good..."
