"They've all been good about being on time and doing the treatments within the two-to three-week window that they have scheduled at the beginning of the year for providing the service. I think they did a thorough job. They seemed to neat. They never called a problem. They always put the sign up, put the hand carries on the door so I know they've been here and I really haven't had any complaints about any of them except that they haven't been very effective in giving me the beautiful, green lawn that I have wanted. So, like I said I decided mostly the trees that I have and the type of dirt that I have is crop, thus preventing the beautiful, green less lawn that I was wanting, not the quality of the service or the timing or anything else. For all three companies, they did a fine job. I don't have any complaints about that. It just didn't accomplish my goal. They did everything they said they would, it's just didn't produce the results that I wanted. The only thing they could have done different I think was give me better result. As far as the company did what they said, they did excellent. It didn't work, but I don't think it's their fault because none of the tree have been successful at the same task and I'm sure they're all quite capable, except Second Nature did a fine job of showing up and treating and everything. It just didn't produce the results. I don't want them to get a bad mark because they did everything they said they would just like they said they would, wasn't a problem, didn't have any payment issues, didn't have any timing issues, didn't have to call them to remind them, they didn't run over any of the plants, they didn't scare the dogs. <br /> <br /> My expectation was that the lawn would improve significantly. That was what I thought they were selling me was their program that would produce positive results in my yard and I didn't realize the results I was looking for. <br /> <br /> They were on time when they were supposed to be here. I didn't have any other issues. I didn't call them and asked them to do anything and come out and spot treat or anything like that. <br /> <br /> They were very professional."

"Absolutely impressed by this company and how well they treat the customer and do the work!  I am one whom has always done my own work in the lawn and never really trusted the big names after a bad experience.  A lot of neighbors raved about this group and I decided to give them a try.  I have only had one application of fert/weed control and then today, seeding and aeration, but I can tell you that they do an OUTSTANDING JOB!  From the moment I got online and submitted for an assessment, it has been a great experience.  It was less than a day and the guy was out reviewing my yard and telling me what they could do and pricing and did the first app at that time.  I signed up for the seeding and aeration and they told me exactly when they would be here, with 2 follow up calls by a real person that the date was still confirmed.  Sure enough they showed up as promised and the 2 guys handling my yard worked their ... off using 2 aerators and then seeding heavily and then using hands to fill in all around the edges!  They even dropped off a bag a seed in case something gets washed away or anything might not look covered enough!    Exceptional start!! <br />"
