"Chad painted the exterior of my house, including brick that had never been painted. His preparation, multi-step sealing/painting process, and overall quality of work were great. He regularly kept in touch on matters that required discussion, signaling a strong customer orientation. The one thing he could have done better was controlling paint chips that ended up in a planting bed. I am quite happy with his work and will use him again when I need painting done."

Justin came around and gave me a written and detailed estimate in 45 minutes. I received a copy via my e-mail the same day. The office scheduled the job, Oscar from the production team and his crew came around and finished the job in 3 days. I have a red brick home, they painted the soffits, gutters, downspouts, garage door, front entry door frame, all frames, enclosed porch exterior fascia, and all wood trim/fascia I can't ask for a better experience. "Brad and his team team did a fantastic job. They repaired some wooden siding, and then painted the entire house exterior. He was competitive on price, honored the original quote even though the job turned out to be a little more than expected (I suspect), cleaned up every day, and took care of some problems that arose. Very easy to work with, and communications were prompt. I asked for the scrap wood siding to be left behind for me to burn in my fire pit, and his team cut it up in 16 inch segments. Totally unnecessary, but it’s the little things sometimes."

"Wish I could give this company even more than 5 stars! We have an older home with a cellar basement and our walls were crumbling and letting in water. When tim and his team were done our walls look completely finished and dry. It is a whole new space. We were very impressed by Tims expertise, he was able to look around our old home and point out needed maintenance and repair. His team also cut out old piping in our basement. Added tiger jacks to further secure our structure and raised the sagging in our house. Also added a sub-pump and a new spigot. This team does it all! Not only that but for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make our repairs perfect. Will definitely be using this company for all future work we need done."

"Kyle was super attentive and engaged since our 1st contact, and once hired he always kept me informed of any development and/or issues, and was readily available for further discussions. His 2 crews were very good and thorough - we had some structural work to do (replacing posts and doing new footings underneath the sunroom), and his first crew not only did a fantastic job but also offered extra advice on how to improve the overall structure; then the deck crew (cleaning/painting) also showed great flexibility as we switched colors during the work and had to add a few repairs. Both crews were super respectful, punctual, and cleaned up really well after the work. By the way Kyle not only orchestrates the team, he also rolled up his sleeves and worked on site, which was great as he has very detailed oriented and noticed an issue that if left undetected would affect the deck's appearance. 2 thumbs up and totally recommend Realtor's choice!"

He worked it into his schedule & work was completed in time. From meeting Eduardo for the quote to his crew, everyone was thorough & polite. The day of painting there was a supervisor on site, working with the crew. On the day of painting Eduardo found a hole in a soffit & with our approval repaired, along with some additional changes we requested. Once work was completed, Eduardo came by & inspected to be sure all work was done & cleanup was completed to our satisfaction. Should we need painting inside we will call Eduardo.
