I hired this company without a clue how good they were, but they were able to explain everything to me in detail about what they are going to do in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. I forgot to mention I never meet the crew who came to remove the tree, I only spoke to them on the phone and I must say, they were very respectful to my property, they remove all the debris and clean up my yard... "High marks for following through and meeting their commitment and doing great work. I had an Almstead arborist review the property and provide recommendations on some dead limbs and trees. We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad. I appreciate the office staying on it and making it right. I've used them for 24 years and happily look forward to continuing to use them. It's a lot to trust your trees to someone!"
