Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. It's easy to see that Bob runs a business where customer satisfaction is the top priority. I contacted him whenever I needed; never did I spend hours or days waiting for a reply. Communication was rapid and painless. He followed through on every agreement and commitment he made. Although the work was not perfect initially, he was quick to make amends and see that we were 100% satisfied.
