"I had a concrete walkway leading up to the backyard leveled, but the levelers did not replace the heavy rock retaining wall on either side of the path. Within 15 minutes of describing the job, DiCillo Services, LLC sent a crew to my home. Within 30 minutes, that crew started and completed the retaining walls, filled in between the rocks and the garden bed, and cleaned all the mud and debris on the walkway. I would highly recommend this company because they responded to my request immediately and did an amazing job!!! The men were knowledgeable about every aspect of my plants, landscaping, lighting, rain gardens, and restructuring my front yard beds. They also were not rushed or impatient in answering all of my questions. Their warm, professional work ethic was very impressive. Without hesitation, I hope to employ them in completing yard projects, as well as, regular lawn and bed care. "

"We have used this company for a couple years. Never had a problem until yesterday. When we had App#2 we told, who I am assuming the office manager to skip #3, which they did. There is a note on our account that we will call them if we want another app. And they are to text my phone 2 days before they do the app. Which they did, but it wasnt my phone number. This girl rattled off 2 phone numbers which were not even close to my number. And like magic she says (Phone number Removed). And she confirmed that we will call when we want an app, which is correct. They automatically deducted the money out of my account which she ought to know by looking at my account that after receiving an app, I pay their bill on the 3rd of the next month. She sd she doesnt know about that. She should she is the OM. I call BS. We went back and forth about the bill. She sd since you are getting your money back, we will just bill you. I sd go ahead, I am not paying it. She sd then it will go to collections, I sd go ahead, send it as many times as you want, I am not paying it. I then Asked to speak to a mgr she sd I am one of the managers, she sd no one else is available. I sd of course. By this time I went from b******* to crying. She then says, IF YOU DONT HAVE 35.00 IN YOUR ACCOUNT MAYBE LAWNCARE SERVICE ISNT FOR YOU. I SD DO YOU KNOW HARD IT IS TO LIVE ON DISABILITY FOR A MONTH, SHE SD NO I DONT. I THEN SD YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE SD WHAT YOU SD. SHE SD I CANCEL EVERYTHING? I SD YES AND HUNG UP!! SINCE THEN I HAVE MESSAGED ONE OF THE CO OWNERS WHICH WONT DO A DAMN BIT OF GOOD AND ASKED FOR A FORMAL APOLOGY. AND THE 35.49 RESOLVED. THEN I WILL CONSIDER COMING BACK BUT NOT UNTIL THOSE 2 ISSUES ARE RESOLVED AND SHE FORMALLY APOLOGIZES FOR DISRESPECTING HER ELDERS. SORRY HALF OF THIS IS IN CAPS BUT IM PISSED."

"Matt, Neil & the team are fantastic! I took over my aunt's home when she moved to senior living. Being 40 minutes away, I couldn't keep up with her lawn. She had used Lawnman for years, so I asked if they would continue until we sold the house. They didn't miss a beat! They responded quickly and knew who my aunt was (even expressing concern that they noticed her declining health but didn't know who to contact about it. How about that? Lawn care with a personal touch!). The team jumped right in with plans to finish out the summer & adjusted the invoicing to me. When I didn't sell the house over the winter as expected, I contacted them this spring - a little late...I forgot until my own lawn was getting crazy. I was sure her lawn would be a jungle, but no worries! They started mowing the next day. When I contacted them about flower beds being overgrown, a team was out the next day to address it. The house is now sold & I couldn't have managed it all without them. Highly recommend!"

"Please don't use this company!! They came to my house to blow out my sprinkler system and that went ok but Jim said that my system had weak valves or solenoid's and then apparently to prove his point he snapped one off in the valve box. He then took me over to an outside electrical junction box and said that chipmunks had gotten in and were chewing the wires, when I started to bend down to see what he was talking about he pushed himself in and said, "here let me help you", and got out his folding knife and began to jam it into the box all the way to the bottom as though he was digging in the soil in the bottom of the can. The he started telling me that I had a lot of problems with my system but that he could fix everything in the spring for around $500.00. This was all a shock to me and left me befuddled since my system was working fine over the summer. I paid him and he left but then I remembered that last year when I had him out he said something about my valves not being the good kind and began to crank on them and I had to tell him please don't break them even if they aren't the strongest. Then I went back to the wiring box and looked more closely and found that all the wires had been cleanly cut all at the same point and the cut was fresh with shiny wire exposed! Definitely not chipmunks!! I called Jim and confronted him about breaking my valve and cutting the wires and asked him why he had jammed his knife into the box the way he did and he said, "Oh the wires were impacted with soil". When pressed further he went back to the chipmunk story. He was clearly damaging my system in order to create future cash flow for himself. These guys are total scammers!!! I told him I want a refund, but he didn't agree to this and I haven't seen one yet. Avoid this company at all cost!! I'm telling all my neighbors to dump this guy. I only hope that this post can save others what I had to experience. Huge breech of trust!! I only gave this company one star because it wouldn't let me post my comments with zero stars. They deserve negative five stars."
