After I informed them that I was not renewing, I suddenly owed them the ?balance ? of the contract, $398. I?m paying it but am very disappointed."

I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads.
