"I was requesting an estimate to replace my main line from water meter to the house. They sent a tech out to do the estimate. The tech did not do any diagnostic work to figure out if I needed a new line or not. He measured the line length and said he'd give it to the office and have them send me a quote. He then charged me $94.30, That's $67.50 for a half hour of work, and $24.05 for miscellaneous supplies. On top of all that was a $2.75 charge for using a credit card, I wasn't given any other options to pay. What misc supplies are needed for a quote? Now over 2 weeks later I still haven't even received the quote I request, and was charged for. They definitely haven't done anything to win my business. I feel taken advatage of.
