"<p>This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.  We had an emergency situation where our sewer line had leaked and raw sewage had been collecting under our home.  A plumber had come to fix our toilet the day before and had discovered the issue. We have three children and had no way to use the bathroom - we were having to walk down to a gas station at the end of our street and when I told Will this, he got right on top of fixing our issues!!  Will and his crew came out the very next morning and got to work... he even stayed there with me while the other plumbers came back to try and snake our toilet to see if they could find why our line had broken so that I wouldn't be taken advantage of.  He contacted the city water department to have them run a camera through our lines as well.  Come to find out, whoever had plumbed our home during a remodel (before we bought it) did a really bad job and had actually caused part of the issue.  Will and his crew found all of our problems, fixed the leaks, redid the plumbing, cleaned the raw sewage up, put down lime and plastic and made our home functional and safe again.  He did an amazing, thorough, quick, and affordable job for us.  We will definitely use Picture Perfect again!</p> <br />"
