"This was a terrible experience. We chose them because they were the cheapest but that was a mistake. The gutters look good and work (now). But two weeks after installation it started leaking water down the front of the house and I called and wrote many times asking for someone to come out. When someone did about a month or two later, it did not fix it. So now 7 months later after many calls and requests we finally got them to come out and fix their mistake. I do not recommend it."

"Todd installed three new interior/exterior doors for us. Two of which are steel and fire rated, and the third is a larger, entryway door, with sidelights. All of the doors look beautiful, they open and close perfectly, and the air leaking we had with our old doors, is gone! Thank you, Todd! He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. "Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"
