Extensive water damage on an existing lath and plaster ceiling in house built in 1790 in Salem MA> Sergjo carefully covered bookcases , furniture, oriental carpets. He carefully prepared the damaged areas and repaired and replaced the damaged areas with 2 part plaster. He sanded and re painted the ceiling which is now absolutely perfect. He did a thorough cleanup including wiping surfaces that were protected during the project. One day for the repair, overnight curing of the plaster, sanding and oil prime and final finish coat on the second afternoon. Two enjoyable days with a very nice guy start to finish. He would be perfect for any historic restoration."
