He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"They give free estimate and work out really well. The entire house was cleaned and they get out spotless that were really been there since the last carpet cleaning so they did a really good job. I thought that they are real people because they responded when I called and that was nice. They set an appointment the same week for an estimate that was nice but they were 30 minutes or an hour late for their actual appointment."

"I needed immediate carpet cleaning thanks to my dog having an accident which was more than spot cleaning could take care of. After calling a few places, I went on Angies List and saw this company with an A rating. I called and spoke to a very nice gal who informed me that yes they could come within 2 hours and do the carpet cleaning. Two guys came. One did the actual cleaning and the other was in charge of holding and guiding hoses so as not to scratch any woodwork or furniture. They placed corner protectors and covered there shoes. He added a few extras at no additional charge. The price was amazingly reasonable that I tipped them to have lunch on me. They will be returning to do the carpeting in the rest of the house.
