"****DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON ANY MONEY**** We hired Ben Elsen DBA PR Outdoor Services on February 11th, 2021 to perform an extensive hardscape/landscape project. After several revisions, we settled on a price of $8500. We paid a DEPOSIT of $4250, and our install date was scheduled for May 4-5. We tried to contact Ben for a week prior to the install date with no response. THE DAY BEFORE INSTALL we got a phone call to inform us that he could not or WOULD NOT do the job. We received a text stating that he would be refunding our deposit. As of TODAY 14 days later, Ben has not refunded our money and will NOT RESPOND to ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION!!!! Luckily, we paid with a credit card and the bank is going to go after him. Otherwise, we would be out of luck. Do NOT make the same mistake."

Let us do your dirty work! Offering complete lawn maintenance care and more...including fall clean-up, snow removal and now offering specialty greenhouses in Waynesville, Springboro and the surrounding areas.
"Unfortunately, they did not live up to their high rating. I asked them to mow 4.5 to 5 inches tall since it was going to be super hot over the next few weeks. They cut it much shorter than I requested, leaving piles of grass all over the yard behind them. They said they could come back and cut again as a means to mulch up the remnants.. if you know what you are doing and care about your customer and your reputation, you should have raised your mowing deck higher to avoid this issue altogether to avoid impacting the yard. The yard is in stress mode because it was mowed too low and because all the remnants were left lying. As a result of their work, the yard went from one of the best yards in the neighborhood to one of the worst with one mowing, I was very clear with my communication but clearly my requests fell on deaf ears."
