"There was a leak in my apartment which soaked my carpets. They came by to check to make sure there was no water damage or staining. I asked them to quote carpet repair and cleaning. They did an excellent job replacing the fringe on the carpet and doing a thorough hand cleaning. They did a thorough inspection before returning the carpet and called to ask me if they could take a few extra days to clean a second time to meet their standards. Of course, I very happy agreed! The results were terrific! I was so happy that I decided to send them a second rug for cleaning. They have excellent client service and kept me informed at every step. They picked up and dropped off the rug and coordinated with my building super, so was very convenient. I strongly recommend this company! 👍 "

"Had a dark grey sectional couch and white wool rug steam cleaned. Both are approximately 2-3 years old. Major improvement in both, but the dark-stain spots in the rug now look worse after the cleaning, and there are white spots within the dark-stained areas that look like they could have been from the stain remover?? I am planning on contacting the company to ask about this. Otherwise, they were punctual and pretty quick. The guys who did the cleaning were very polite and professional."

The cleaner said I had made a mistake that the price was $325 with a $50 reduction. I noted the numbers because he rapid fired them at me. I told him to charge my credit card then. He said, "that will cost you $325 instead of $275." I told him I would pay $225 cash and that was all or put the charge on the credit card. He relented and took the $225 cash. The total job took 15 minutes! BE CAREFUL AND WRITE DOWN THE QUOTED PRICES."
