"Royal Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. When it came to the roof, they arrived at 7:30am and were done by 3pm. Before they began working everything was carefully tarped and protected – including the neighbor’s house. Throughout the project, Mike, the project manager, kept us up-to-date about the progress with pictures taken from a drone. The drone pictures were also given to us for our records. We had the gutters done on another day, and once again, the job was done right. There was attention to detail from start to finish. Both Mike, and Jamie who worked on the gutters, took pride in their work. The roof, gutters and soffits look great. The old roofing and gutters and the mess that goes with the jobs was removed and everything was cleaned up before they left. Mike, the project manager, was great. He came to our house with a drone for the estimate and familiarized us with the work that they do and the warranties that come with the job. All of our questions were answered and written estimates provided. While the roof was being worked on Mike was onsite making sure that everything ran smoothly. He interacted well with the neighbors and put everyone at ease. When the gutters were done, he kept in touch and once again, everything went well. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

"I had a friend whom I had hire for other jobs inside my home to repair my roof because he said that he could do it. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the outcome and concerned with long term effects of a substandard job. I contacted five boros and they came out right away, I explained the situation they gave me two quotes, a repair and a full replacement. They were patient with me making my decision because I was experiencing family problems. I decided on the full replacement because of the 20 year warranty. They were professional and efficient. They kept me updated with the progress of the job. The next morning I noticed that they forgot to put the gutter guards back on I contacted them immediately and they arranged to come out and replace it. I recommend the highly and whole heartedly. "Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."
