I asked him to provide an estimate w scope of work, but he never provided this. When i followed up w him, he said they were busy & needed a few more days to provide estimate. They never provided an estimate, given the lack of interest I decided not to follow up a 2nd time. Not sure what the issues were, but given my experience I would not recommend them for landscaping services. Bottom line, I was disappointed in lack of interest & no follow up. Ernie Kulik"

He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. Landscape Professionals has had displays at every Home & Garden Show at both the IX center as well as the Great Lakes Exposition Center when that facility was in business for the past 6 years. Currently we are a smaller company having less then 5 employees and have no intentions of increasing our size that might effect the exceptional customer service we have been able to maintain throughout our existence as a company. Besides cash or check, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Our normal procedure for contracts involving installations is 50% down within 10 days of schedule start of per contract and the balance is payable upon completion of work.
