"I reached out on Angie website back on March 29th to find someone that could trim/cut my hedges. Tom called me, we scheduled a date and time to check the hedges that needed to be cut. He gave me a good price. Told me he would come within a week or 2. Ok no problem. April 28th I texted Tom to see if I was still on schedule. He informed on April 29th that i was on schedule, but with all the rain we had for a couple of days pushed him back, he will reach out to me mid week. Ok no problem. May 8th sent another text because he never texted or called me to give me an actual date. No response now its May 12th. It only took communication to let me know that you are still coming to do the work. Not good customer service or business when you can't respond back. Now I'm back to square one."
