The quote was fair a d Stephen said he could knockbot out for us the same day. I agreed he mowed the lawn a d did a great job, sent me pics of the work as I was at my job, we sent the payment over. Great experience, I would ha e no issue recommending Upstate Landscape & Maintenanceto anyone!"

We're efficient. They didn't break anything they were. They were very professional well-spoken and I was proud to say that they did an excellent job. "This company is unethical. We requested & agreed to their quote for tree removal with stray branches, leaves, etc placed on the curb for county pickup. The company later claimed, the cost for “tree removal” didn’t include actually removing the trees - only cutting them down. And if you have a tree already down due to the storm, the company changes what the “removal” charge means. “Removing the tree” then means dragging it from the back and dumping it in the front. Though I paid an increased cost for removal off my property, the company later claimed the landfill didn’t allow contractors to use their services this soon after Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, my boyfriend provided my payment because he believed the company had no choice due to landfill restrictions. Did we receive a partial refund or discount due to their incompletion of this job? No. The county landfill also confirmed that the company’s claim re: restrictions placed on contractors was a false statement."

"Do not use this serve. Apparently he has a habit of taking half of payment up front and not ever showing up to do as was agreed. I paid over $5,000 up front for sodding and he never returned. Just making you aware that the other review is not a one-time occurence."

"Disappointed to say the least. Josh and Bob seemed like good guys and things started out well. Hired them to clean out a foreclosed house and yard that was a mess. We are out of state real estate investors. They did clean out the house and removed the shed. They said the job was done and sent pictures of a cleaned out house and yard and were eager to collect payment. We paid them. Later, when we made it to the property, we found that the one part of the yard that was not in the pictures was filled with large piles of debris and wood (the remnants of the shed.) They flat out lied, and collected payment for an incomplete job; I would not trust these guys to change a light bulb."
