"Absolute Painting was great. We met with Conrad and Yolee in the summertime and arranged for Absolute to paint our place while we were off-island in the fall. They were responsive, punctual, and professional every step of the way, even though this was probably not a big job for them. (Not a given in Maui.) Their estimate was thorough and reasonable.  I had the sense from the first visit that Conrad and Yolee cared about their work and were intent on building a business with a solid reputation, and they didn't let us down. <br /> The condo looks terrific. There are no sloppy spots-- every line is clean. When they encountered unexpected issues with the quality of the previous paint job that would impact their work, they contacted me immediately to explain the delay and the steps they were taking to fix the situation. I'm especially impressed with how nicely the louvered doors came out. And when we were underwhelmed with a color we had chosen for a border detail, Absolute Painting promptly scheduled someone to come back to repaint that area. <br /> As a final note that could be helpful to people living in apartments or condos-- we live in a really *stuffy* condo complex where residents are always complaining about one thing or another, and contractor noise is often at the top of the list. Not only have we received no complaints from the time Absolute Painting was here, but our immediate neighbors made of point of telling us how impressed the were with the Absolute Painting crew's work ethic: they came in every day on time, worked hard, didn't blast music, and got the job done well.  <br /> Definitely a A+.
