As we explained our plans, he asked questions but never said we won't be able to do that or change our minds to do something we didn't want. We had them remove four windows and replace 3 of them them were able to get exactly the windows we wanted. Took out two walls and opened up the room. Opened a walkway into the bathroom. Moved an intake vent. Painted, layed tile, converted bathtub into shower. We were very happy with the results. My wife loves her new master bedroom."

After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"We built a new home and hired them. They obviously did not check the plumbing on the whirlpool tub as it soon started leaking water on the floor behind the back wall. They would not come back to fix the issue. This was within a month it was installed we found some water. We had someone open up another wall to peek in and found that was indeed the issue. They should have fixed it but ignored us and it was under warranty then. We also had to fix the drain of the tub as it was leaking into the basement. I had called them several times, left messages, nothing. An expensive whirlpool we cannot use as a tub."
