"Had Mr. Kidd install 13 windows- many special ordered to match existing wood frames. They insisted the windows had a lifetime guarantee. Well, a short 4 years after installation- one of the windows lost its seal-I called Mr. Kidd and was told ooops, sorry but the company went bankrupt and my warranty is nil and void(?!?). I asked what he could do and his flippant response was ?hopefully, it?s not a window you look out often?. Since that time I have a total of 5 windows that their seal is broken. One being our large picture window in the front! Never would have gone with these windows if he hadn?t pushed them- he told us they were the best- and that?s why he sold them. The warranty is only as good as the manufacturer (as long as they are in business). Would not recommend using this company at all!"

Conscious Construction and Remodeling is a small company that pays extra attention to to the detail to make sure you get top notch quality with out the big company prices in a timely manner. I own and operate Conscious construction on my own to ensure every step is done above industry standards. I subcontract all the mechanical work such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. All jobs begin with an initial meet up to see what I'm working with, then I will take the information and draw up a formal proposal showing what would be included in my services, the price, and any other detail pertaining to the job. Once hired, I will schedule your job and upon day of completion payment will be required.
