"Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."

"Scheduling was a nightmare. No communication between the front office and their service technicians. They screwed up the scheduling on their end, so I had to take another day off. Also, when they finally did show up, they were rude. Usually, people with a language barrier are polite people, but these people treated me snootily. I can look past that but they left a mess everywhere. Rubber gloves, screws and paper were left in their work station when they left. When I went up into the attic to check the furnace connection, I found more trash and work debris. But what's worse, is they didn't move my insulation back after they were done working in the attic. Finally, when I cut them a check on the agreed contact, they told me it was the correct amount. Only later, their HR was calling me for more money. They really have been a terrible experience."
