"Fair warning to consumers. Terrible. From the beginning it was obvious that the guys on the job were not experienced floor installers. besides poor workmanship they had no respect for our house. Simple things like putting ram board down on the new floors as to not damage them wasn't done. - trim installed wrong - fixed after I pointed it out - covered a heating vent - fixed after I pointed it out - many scratches on the new floor - fixed after I pointed it out - Every time they used the toilet the seat was left up. - lids to some of my paint cans not seals another is all crushed in because they used their boot to seal it. - They didn't put our furniture back in the rooms - cleanup was sloppy and incomplete. -there are a few gaps between the floor and wall that the 1/4 round doesn't cover. - There are over a dozen "creaky" areas in the floor."

Bryan Grubb began his construction career as a pre-title mechanic with DR Horton in 1998, preparing homes for homeowner occupancy by handling assorted renovations, repairs, & finish work on projects including The Grande developments in East Windsor & South Brunswick. Focusing on customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and affordable prices, Bryan now offers his construction expertise to customers throughout the NJ, NY, and PA area. "Bryan & his son visited our home and we discussed replacing the 2 gable vents on our two story colonial home. Within a weeks time, the estimate was emailed and the work was scheduled. The estimate was for two Azek vents I had ordered from Architectural Depot.com. Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service didn't have any objections to installing the product I purchased. The old vents were cheap plastic & too small for the attic fan I am planning to install later. George & Rubin arrived at our home promptly and didn't mind that I watched, learned & asked questions. They explained the process as they proceeded with the work. I was surprised that they didn't have to go into the attic at all to install the vents. George even accommodated my request to slightly modify the vents I purchased. It was more about the aesthetics and the finished look. George & Rubin did a fantastic job ! They were courteous & cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I'll be calling Bryan's again. A+"
