"I have used Steve a number of times before, so I knew what to expect. Steve is a very hard worker, puts in a full days work, covers up absolutely everything that might catch a stray drop of paint and cleans up each day before he leaves. Steve knows his business and gets it right. I had initially hired him for a week, but the job was huge, so he gave two more days before he had to move on. He repaired miles of tape on corners of sheetrock that had pulled away form the edges ( typical of newer house builder quality, unfortunately!). He also repaired dozens of nail pops and then needed to repaint entire walls, including an entire winding staircase. I also had Steve repaint the kitchen , dining area, dining room and major portions of three bedrooms and the basement . This was a BIG JOB and very tedious. As always, Steve did a first class job at a very fair price."

From that day forward he has become a friend who we completely trust entering our cabin to do any project I throw at him. He has such great ideas to share and he’s open minded to all mine. We are a great team!!! He’s so easy going and fun to work with and his pricing can’t be beat. We plan on having him replace our existing roof to metal next. I consider Pete as part of our family :) I can text or call him to stop by and check on our property if needed in case of a storm or even pest controlling. They don’t call him handyman Pete for nothing!!!"

We are a full service General Contractor building new custom homes and garages, and remodels. We also build to your plans or ours. We will also do small jobs and subcontracting to other contractors for the do-it-yourself homeowner/contractor.

"very poor work quality, I had to have them come back 3 times after the initial installation to repair damages and fix the shoddy workmanship to get the roof right and it still hasn't passed Inspection. On top of that on three other occasions they were scheduled to be there and they just didnt show up at all. They left trash in my yard and in my driveway causing a flat tire on my car due to nails left all over the driveway. I even found missing shingles on a newly installed roof, how does that happen? I also found out after the fact they were TWICE as expensive as their competitors. I called 3 different contractors after getting their final bill and found this out. Twice the price for shoddy work? I'm just glad I was able to get up on the roof and check the quality of the work and demand they corrected it. My recommendation, hire someone else. There are so many other capable company's out there. You dont need to waste your time with this one. It's not worth it."
