Our current maintenance team has over years experience between them and has dealt with a vast range of issues over the years. Bellerose Plumbing Heating and Cooling specialize in the servicing and maintaining of modern electronic boilers and have had one of our maintenance team operatives carry out extensive training over the last years on the new range of high efficiency condensing boilers. We offer two types of cover to our customers. The first being work carried out on a time and materials basis. This is where any maintenance work carried out would be broken down into parts used and the time involved in the diagnoses and carrying out the repair and then charged appropriately. The second is our maintenance plan is plumbing cover only but this can be increased to include your full heating system and plumbing/gas fires if you desire. You be the judge. Picture is after tech left. He didn't have the beads needed to replace so he left as is to come back another day for more money."
