"We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. "I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. I paid $650 for a permit back in September, yet the permit was not actually submitted until December 18. During that time, I was falsely told I needed to pay an additional $133 city fee. I later created my own city account and confirmed that the only fee ever paid on the permit was $133, proving that information was incorrect. I was also told I needed to sign an affidavit for the permit. I signed it and left it with them, but they never submitted it to the city, forcing me to go myself and pay another $134 out of pocket just to move things forward. On top of that, I gave them a $3,000 rush check for fence materials, yet the permit still was not in place. Recently, they told me they would be coming to dig the fence holes after I clearly explained that a city inspector was scheduled to meet me on-site to sign off on the permit and inspect the holes. I arrived to find that no holes were done, leaving me"
