"I needed to have my washer repaired. I hired Mason TV and Appliance Service to do the job. I called and left a message and received a call back very quickly. I explained the issue and was told what the issue most likely was. I sent the model and serial number information and got the quote back same day. Mr. Mason showed up when he said that he would and performed the work quickly. He cleaned up the area when he was done and then showed me the work. He had me test it and make sure everything was working as expected. He was prompt, priced fairly, and does excellent work. I also had him look at the dryer when he was there for the washer and he quoted me a price before leaving. He showed up a few days later and provided top notch service again. Established in 1996 located in Preble County a family owned and operated company, we are a total home improvement company offering quality work with fair prices. We will travel to Darke, Montgomery, Greene, Miami, Butler, Warren, Clark, Shelby, and Hamilton counties all other areas would be considered.

"Terry and Michael are great installers. The owner of the business is very hard to deal with and will not take care of issues that arise. I have been trying for 11/2 years to have my kitchen floor fixed. The owner Todd said I bought discontinued floor and it was my fault that it is coming apart. The tongue and groove edges cracked causing my floor to come up due to an employee beating my floor in place. The employee no longer works there but Todd refuses to fix my floor. I have gaps in my living room and a bad spot in my bedroom. I contacted the flooring company and they told me that the floor was not properly installed. They offered to send replacement flooring, but I would have to pay shipping. I would also have to pay someone to tear up my kitchen and install the new floor. Todd put frog tape on my floor and said they would get caulk and other things to fix my floor. This was 5 months ago and I never heard a word from them. Todd does not believe in customer service and once he has your money he is finished no matter what issues arise."
