He made sure we walked around with him on completion of the work to make sure we were completely satisfied. He was more than willing to touch up anything we brought to his attention. He even pruned an overgrown privet hedge aroujd a utility box that we had not included in his bid without any attempt to charge us any more for the additional work. We appreciated this extra voluntary attention to detail. "
