"They did a great job and hopefully gutter guard will do its job when I get heavy rains. Their window cleaning was very professional and I had not questions in regards to their work. I definitely will keep their name for future use. The cost was about right also."

Hey, I'm Lance! I became a professional online portrait artist in 2006 after my family was taken from me in a tornado losing my mother, father, brother, and son. Twenty-eight lives were taken as well as all their possessions, like mine. I drew from destroyed photos their families so they could have memorial portraits of them at the funerals and for the rest of time. Since then I have made a living traveling the country doing shows and drawing from photos you email me on line. There is NO GIFT more unique that brings more tears of joy to a loved one's eyes like one of these. Nothing. I've seen it time and time again. I make it affordable to anyone who's ever wanted one of these. Paintings with half the detail of these can cost upwards of $30,000 limiting something like this from hanging in living rooms for families to the rich only. Not anymore. Here's how it works.. Simply email me your favorite picture or pictures to aarontristan39@gmail.com with a brief description of what you would like done. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's 225 for 11x14's 275 for 14x17's After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. Usually an extra face is added depending on the size from anywhere between 25 and 50, but I do deals on these more than anything, so please call me about it at .(850) 691-3976

"Last year, our front yard died and we called Salsbery Bros. We were told we had a fungus in the front yard and they would need to reseed. We signed a contract for them to get rid of the fungus, reseed our yard, and provide ongoing maintenance. They were supposed to start early Spring (we were told we'd be one of the first jobs since we signed the contract last Autumn). The day they were supposed to start, someone called and said they wouldn't be out because rain was in the forecast (didn't rain a drop that day). Reseeding took place a few weeks later. We watered (as instructed) but called more than once to let them know the new grass was dying, not growing in some places, and the weed that overtook our yard last year was back. Early on, I sensed Salsbery was not providing adequate lawn care, and knew we would eventually be blamed. A customer shouldn't have to repeatedly call if the lawn is being properly monitored and maintained. Three weeks ago, a Salsbery rep looked at our yard and told me the company would make things right. He checked the ground and said it looked like it was adequately watered (at that time). He said the Spring was too hot and the seeds didn't have a chance to survive - never mentioned we were at fault. Yesterday, a Salsbery rep (we think the same one; since I wasn't home I can't be sure) told my husband we were at fault; we hadn't watered. We also now have a fungus in the back yard (which we didn't have last year). When my husband asked why we have a fungus (when they were supposedly maintaining the yard), he was told fungicide was extra and we would have to pay for it. That's fine; we understand we need to pay for something that isn't included in the original contract. The back yard has had dead grass spots for weeks; why didn't one of the men treating the yard mention this to us or to a Salsbery manager for follow up? If Salsbery provided adequate lawn care service, why is our yard overrun with weeds? Why is there a new fungus? The yard looks worse now than it did before they started. Couple suggestions for Salsbery: 1) Get your stories straight before talking to clients. What changed in 3 weeks? We were told your company would make things right and then (a few weeks later) blamed. 2) Make sure the people doing the lawn care don't comment about what's being done wrong. 3) Communicate with your customers and you won't be annoyed when they repeatedly call asking when someone will be out to check on the yard. 4) Make sure the client has specific instructions how to care for the yard between maintenance visits. Don't assume they know and don't blame them when the yard dies because you failed to tell them how to properly care for it between visits. 5) If you are using sub-contractors, hire better ones who care about your reputation 6) Don't put a flag advertising your service in a yard that is the disgrace of the neighborhood. And finally, have the integrity to do the work you are paid to do. We can't prove we watered, but it's hard to dispute our yard is full of weeds and areas that weren't dying before are now. If Salsbery honored the contract by providing ongoing maintenance - as they were paid to do - how are we to blame?"

"I didn’t have a good experience with this company. I paid $500 for a hand drawn landscape plan, given a cost for the plan but they only planted 1/3 of the plan. After they got started I asked where all my perennials were and the owner proceeded to tell me that would be EXTRA! Poor communication. Poorly drawn plan."

"We had our installation changed so many times in 2021, but that was due to COVID and supply-chain issues. Unfortunate, but nobody could really control that. The main issues: I have had to request, THREE, separate times major corrections due to poor workmanship. Right off the bat soon after installation, top rails and panels were loose. I called to have that remediated. They came out and installed screws to secure the top rails because they were missing and were not installed the first time. Then they realized that my gate is upside down, that same day. That explained why it sagged and didn't lock correctly. The gate was also missing some brackets and a support bar. The second time a gust of wind blew out an entire section of fence. It was an eyesore and embarrassing for me and for Richmond as a company. My fence was the only one affected. I asked for a full comprehensive check on the fence. They came out and realized there were some screws missing to secure the top rails on the other half!! As for the comprehensive check, it was not done. I work form home and watched them repair the panels, but no check was done. The third time, another gust of wind blew out some other panels. Again, my fence was the only one affected. I was pretty irate the third time and requested a manager, owner, whatever to come to come knock on my door and do a comprehensive check together. So that they don't ever have show up again. They have a sense a humor because they suggested the person that installed my fence to come out, I told them that is the last person I want coming to check the fence, so they sent out a site manager or whatever with many many years of experience. He fixed the panels and assured me it was good to go. We'll see. My saving grace is the warranty that covers them coming back out, but only lasts two years, and mine is up October. I debated waiting until then to leave this review in case something else happened and they had to come out, but I truly am over this company. The final supervisor or manager left his business card so that was appreciated. If they had a decal of their company on my fence, they don't, I would take it down. If I had all the money in the world, I would tear it down and have another company do it. Their customer service people were always friendly and helpful though, when you could reach them."
