"I had him over seeded and aerated my front lawn. The grass popped up well and grew with vigor. It seems to be growing back nicely now that its warming up this spring. He also took care of weeds and crabgrass. Overall a great experience and very professional.
"

"We're on a schedule so they just come whenever they're supposed to come. Like every other month or so. I'm fine with the price. I'd pay anything to get rid of spiders."

"I had a lot of dead spots in my lawn from the Great Drought of 2012. Brad came out, assessed the situation, and made a recommendation that he do core aeration, over-seeding using a slicer/slit seeder, and fertilize the new seed. The new grass came up looking beautiful in the fall. I got tons of compliments on the way my lawn recovered. I'll definitely be using his services again this fall, as will several of my friends."

"I met with Don on 4/9/12 to receive an estimate for my project. I requested sod installation and flower bed clean-up and mulching. He took a few minutes to ask me some questions, then stated he would email me a quote (separate quotes for sod and seed). I had another company come out later that same day, who told me I would need additional topsoil to help fill in the uneven areas in my yard. I decided to go with Noll Landscaping as their price was much better than the other company. I requested that topsoil be brought in to help even out the grade. I was assured that topsoil would likely not be needed and that the ground would be graded level.
At the time of the estimate, the current waiting period was 3-4 weeks. I asked for work to be completed the second week of May and sent in my 1/3 deposit. The week before scheduled service, I was emailed and informed that the project would be pushed back into the third week of May. By Friday of that week, I still hadn't been told what day the installation would occur, so I emailed Don to ask. I was informed the work would be pushed back again to the following week. I called Don to express my disappointment as I really need the project done by Memorial Day. This project finally got started and completed on 5/22/12 - 6 weeks after they had gotten my deposit. The yard look really nice when I got home. Due to the recent temperatures, I had been using the irrigation system more frequently. My irrigation system does not have a lot of pressure in the system, so I have to run it slightly longer to get the same effect. I asked the men who were there for the install exactly how much to water it and explained what I was currently doing. I was told that the current amount of watering was just right.
I received a voicemail from the owner a few days later asking if I was satisfied with the job. I had gotten a chance to take a look at the job more thoroughly and saw that one section of the yard that was lower than the rest prior to the job, was still low. I called back to express my disappointment with this, especially after asking Don twice about being sure that topsoil was used if needed; no topsoil had been brought in. I did not get to speak to the owner, and was referred back to Don who called me the following day. I was blatantly told that I was watering it way too much and this is why that one section was lower than the rest. I thought this sounded weird, but decided to back off on the watering as suggested. Don told me he would come out the following week if it hadn't improved. No change in the area that was low the following week, so I called back. I was told he would be out that Friday. He never came out that Friday. I received an email the following Monday that he would come out Tuesday to inspect the lawn. He told me that the low section was graded that way on purpose to allow for drainage and that there was no standing water. We haven't gotten a good rain in almost 2 months, so of course there would be no standing water. I told him the area that was low had high ground all around it and could have been done intentionally for "drainage" purposes.
He agreed to come out with tools to add topsoil underneath the area in a few days. I was emailed the following day saying that the irrigation head in that area would be left low if they put more topsoil in, and that this could create a whole new problem. I asked if the irrigation head could be adjusted and brought up. He said this would be able to be done but I would have to pay for parts and labor. At this point, the sod has completely taken hold and a simple lifting of the sod and placing topsoil underneath could not be done. I was extremely disappointed and decided not to have them do anymore work for me. I was then emailed back and told that I still had a balance on my account that was past due.
I was contacted by the owner after posting my original Angie's List review. He came out promptly and addressed the issue in question quickly. I appreciate the fast response, but wish I hadn't had to go all the way to Angie's List before getting the problem rectified. I would consider using Noll Landscaping in the future, but would make sure the work and expectations were well understood ahead of time. Overall the landscaping looks good and I'm satisfied with what I ended up getting."

"Diamond Lawn Care provided us with excellent service in the spring for lawn and yard work. However, attempts to make contact for fall yard clean-up have been unsuccessful. Our initial call with Grant was pleasant and good with the understanding that a quote would be forthcoming. We did not receive a quote. A follow-up call has been ignored.
"

"Hedgeclippers has been our lawn maintenance company for 2 years. They do a fantastic job and can't say enough about how professional and competent they are. Enjoy working with the entire company. When we decided to have them do our weed and fertilizer work, Danny worked with us to find organic fertilizer. Our yard looks great!"

"Brian took his time to ensure the lawn application was applied properly with complete coverage to my entire yard, including the use of a Hand Sprayer to reach the more difficult areas. A far superior application then I ever experienced with the previous company Lawn Medic."
