"I contacted Tony's to schedule a window cleaning for our row house in Mount Pleasant. We just completed a remodel of our upstairs, and we needed the windows cleaned. It was very easy to get an appointment, and everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. But on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived at our house and told me that the company cannot clean upstairs windows on row houses because they are not certified to clean anything over 40 feet high. I asked if they service row houses and he told me no, they do not. I had explained in my initial call that I live in a row house and asked why no one had told me over the phone that the company does not service row houses, and he had no idea. He gave me the name and number for another company that can service row houses, so it's not a crisis, but we lost a week during a tight schedule trying to get our house back together after construction. Bottom line: everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional, but the company should be up front about what they're certified to do and capable of. If they are not certified to clean windows over 40 feet, they should either list that on the website or explain that on the phone. I have no idea about the service itself; the only thing I do know is that if you live in a row house, try elsewhere."
